Welcome to the wServe Web Designing and hosting service wServe reserves the right to update and change these Terms and incorporated documents from time to time without notice or acceptance by you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at wServe’s website.
If you enter the wServe Website you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use set out below.
Using a pre-existing domain name.
If you choose to use a domain name under the Service that you have already registered with another provider, you must request that the original registrar change the name servers for the domain name as designated by wServe, on your behalf.
Please note: If you choose to use a domain name under the service that you have already registered with another provider, the fees payable to wServe fr the service do not include registeration fees owned by you to you prior provider, and you will continue to be responsible for all ongoing fees for that domain name with your current provider, including renewal fees.
Trial Activation & Domain Registration
Upon receipt of your order, within 24 hours your requested domain is registered and a trial account activated. Details of your domain and the trail account are sent to the email address you provided at the time of your order. There is a standard domain registration and trial activation fee of £25 which is charged to the credit card you provided the registration of the domain you requested.
Web Page Design and Setup
You will have a trial period of 14 days from the date wServe charges the trial activation and domain registration fee. Within the trial period wServe will design a sample one page design present the same to you. You can ask for any changes made or additional information to be added to the design. Only upon your satisfaction and subsequent approval via voice or written authorization will wServe charge you the design and setup fee as agreed to earlier.
In case of larger orders such as e-commerce or for sites with CMS there will be a 25% upfront charge which can be paid via cheque or thru credit card, the balance will be paid as agreed on in the verbal or written contract. The amount will be refundable if wServe is not able to meet customer’s requirement.
Cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can cancel all services prior to billing.
Ownership of Web Site
The legal owner of customers' Web sites and accounts with wServe will be the individual or organization whose name is listed in wServe’s database as the owner. Customers will fully cooperate with and abide by any and all of wServe security measures and procedures in the event of any dispute over ownership of customers' Web sites and accounts with wServe
Adult Content
Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on Designing and Hosting with wServe. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or provide links to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content.
Website Design
Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, wServe cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
The web server, website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of wServe until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
Any scripts, cgi applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by wServe remain the copyright of wServe and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of wServe.
The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to wServe all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
wServe will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

wServe will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.
Database, Application and E-Commerce Development
wServe cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.
Any scripts, cgi applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by wServe remain the copyright of wServe and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of wServe.
Where applications or sites are developed on servers not provided by wServe, the client is expected to provide or seek any information, additional software, support or co-operation pertaining to the server required in order for the application to be correctly developed. Where large applications are to be developed, it is the clients responsibility to provide a suitable testing environment which is identical to the final production environment.
The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by wServe before being made generally available for use. Where "bugs", errors or other issues are found after the site is live, wServe will endeavour (but is not obliged to) to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief.
Website Hosting
wServe reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate the hosting service should the necessity arise. Fees relating to web hosting or domain names must be paid prior to the expiration date of the said service. If the fees remain unpaid at the time of expiration, we will with immediate effect, cancel said service and any data held by said service will be removed. If a cancelled service is to be reinstated at the client's request, a setup fee will be payable before any such reinstatement and any data lost as a result of the cancellation will not necessarily be restored.
